Web-conferencing platform, doxy.me, used here is safe, secure and meets the worldwide security requirements: HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA/PIPEDA, & HITECH compliant. All you need is an internet connection and a computer with a webcam and microphone, or a smartphone. After scheduling the first appointment, a secure meeting link will be sent via email. Before you start, please find a space where the internet is unblocked, safe and private. A few minutes before the appointment time, click the link to enter a virtual waiting room. When the session begins, the worker will welcome you into our secure private meeting room where your session will take place. At the initial session, you will be asked to show your photo ID for verification. You can also ask our staff to show a valid license for you to verify the identity of the staff.
